If u have a felony conviction, have been off paper, out of jail for 3 yrs and have paid all fines and court cost, you could be eligeble to get rights restored. Contact a lawyer; file a petion w/ court charged in, then after that an order is filed, and the felony(is) are hidden and you can vote. It is called, in Tn, have your rights restored. You still cant own a gun, that is not a muzzleloader.Which you can be in Wal-Mart.

[b]Abuse of Power of Office goes unchecked,... once again.
Every day , every breath I take is painful, not only in part to the physical problems that I have but mainly due to not being able to hold my son in my arms and tell him I love him. My wife and I are in constant agony from being seperated from our son for over a year. We were both very ill when our landlady decided to break into our home and call the police, saying that there was a 4 year olf child alone in the house (which was untrue) and that there was a pot grow going on in the garage. My wife and I were growing some of the best organic hydro varieties around for our own use and for a couple of our friends who were also patients. Everything we had going on was 100% legal and all paperwork was on site. The police came in with such force, that we figure it must have been a set up, they bashed through our bedroom door hitting my wife in the face with such force that it knocked her out with a head concussion. There she lay, bleeding profusely into the bed, but alas, that wasnt enough for these pigs, they knelt down on her neck and b ack to handcuff her, for no reason and dragged my son out of the house to make him stand outside in the cold for 4 hours without socks while they ransacked our home and coerced my wife into answering qiuestions by telling her they wouldnt arrest her or take our son if she answered the qestions they had. Lt. Brian Thomas, who was leading the investigation, called mour doctor, Dr. Sullivan and verified with him that we BOTH were legal and was told how much we were allowed to have. But since they had already invaded our home illegally, inflicted serious injury to my wife and tore through our home like a hurricane, they decided to trump up 5 felony charges against her and call CPS in to take our son. I am making a very very long detailed ugly nasty f-ed up story very short. But I want to get the facts out there without boring people. After 4 months of fighting, and 35 grand we got the charges dropped for lack of evidence. However CPS did NOT drop their case and has decided to try to keep our son away from us. And that is just where our story STARTS! It just gets even more fukd up than all that and continues to this very day. I am hoping that some support can be gained and moreso, some info and knowledge can be spread to others so that this can be avoided for other parents. Our son has never been abused in any way, nor neglected in any way and had NO THC or any drug in his system when they tested him, also there was NO OTHER DRUGS involved, or guns or other accusations, just our organic herb. I wish I could be in better spirits as I write this letter, but frankly, I am weary. The battle to be given the opportunity to open The Green Cross has been long and demoralizing. While we haven’t given up, it is really challenging to stay up-beat. The odds are incredibly formidable. In order for the SF Board of Appeals to overturn the decision of the Planning Commission, we will need 4 out of 5 members to support us. Simple majority isn’t enough when appealing a denial. We need 4 out of 5 votes!!

Once again we turn to you, our base of support. Now that we have formally filed an appeal to the Planning Commission’s decision to deny The Green Cross a building permit for the location at 2701 Leavenworth, I wanted to be in touch to provide an update, and to let you know how you can help. Our future depends on our ability to mobilize the medical cannabis community! We cannot win without your help.

Congress shall make no law abridging religion or the free excercise thereof. Through substantiative due process from Amendment 5 we achieve federal legality. Cannabis sacrament in its various forms is mandated by God, therefore cannot be illegal. Patients transitioning to death may not be restricted its use. Sometimes people won't stand up until it effects them personally. Until they personally are in court, jail or in DMV for hours, days...or months!!

Let me tell you this..
If you are a DMV driver registered with the state of California. Stand up now, or pay your dues!!!

I was recently picked out, flaged or discriminated against by DMV thanks to CHP which required me to do a physical and driving test...after a un-safe driving complaint was filed. It was filed by the same officer that gave me a possesion ticket and let me drive off. What sense does that make??

Officer "Peacemaker".. let me an accused un-safe driver drive off although he decided it was neccesary to take the time to file a un-safe driver complain to DMV which flagged me for a physical and driving test...then come to find out my first doctor wasn't enough they wanted a second physical. Which was all at my expense. After those two physicals, I was required to do a extensive driving test from DMV in Sacramento...which I also passed although I was thinking it was a big old scam to make me fail... I passed all exams and test with DMV and am now just waiting for dismissal and property return from my case for possesion. The Stanislaus county courts seem to think its worth the time and expense of the county and citizens.

My meds are running low. I have had nothing since my last grow a few months back and before that my outdoor meds were seized by CHP case pending dismissal.
CLUBs are too costly and my babies arn't done yet.
