A unanimous California Supreme Court on Thursday struck down a law that sought to impose limits on the amount of marijuana a medical patient can legally possess.
Is there a special permit we must purchase in order to legally transport large amounts of excess home grown MD prescribed medical marijuanna for donation to a collective in another County? Or will our original MD recomendations be sufficient? We would like to transport from one County in California to another (in California). If we need a special permit, where do we go to get one? Thank You.
Is this calif. attemt at hedging the up coming legalization vote? Lately it's been all about the tax revenue intake.
If the 'legal medical' goes down & the clinics become recreational bud markets- that's an extra 15 % tax added on the already taxed !!! ps.

does anyone know the status of the card program in madera county? i am finding it very difficult to obtain up to date info on the program or the cost of the card. any info or links would be greatly appreciated.
