In last weeks local paper there was an article stating the City Council is taking steps to enact a city ordinance banning patients, or any one else, from growing their own MMJ within the city limits. The Police Chief thinks that it creates potiential for increased crime and the city isn't the place to grow.

I have to agree that growing in an open area is asking for problems, but how can the City restrict patients from growing in their own home.

I would like to hear how others feel about this ordinance.
