More loop holes

Any body knows what it is the requierements for a recomendation.
Could that be a another loop hole. We need more info. about it.
Like myself I am stock in the middle of the way with the must stupid excuse. help
I am not rich. I am in a very fix income. and this is send me to the black market again. Because the so call Dr. did not feel like issue me a one year recomendation,very sad sad
How could anybody afford this. Help

Was this your primary doctor or a specialist? What was his reason for not giving you an approval?

loop holes

Well, my two years medical records were not good enough, they are saying
yearly proof of medical records. who is to say that i guess the law
