The San Jose City Council has passed a smoking ban in all 160 parks within the city.

This does not bode well for the homeless patients within the city. Although the ban will have a low priority for enforcement, it will be enforced.

Any smoking ban for cigarettes, is also a ban for smoking medical marijuana. Only one member of the City Council, Pete Constant, opposed the ban. His thoughts are very good. BBQ smoke is worse than cigarettes. I agree with Pete.
