The Compassionate Coalition

Thanks to all the dedicated patients and supporters who showed up yesterday to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors Meeting! We waited 4 hours longer than expected for our chance to speak, but we all stayed, and got our chance to inform the board about the Medical Marijuana ID Card Program.

Thanks to the hundreds of patients who sent postcards to your Supervisors on this issue, and thanks to Aaron Smith of Safe Access Now / Marijuana Policy Project for providing the postcards and coordinating constituent meetings.

And a special thanks to Supervisor Roger Dickinson for agreeing that he will try to get this important issue on the agenda.
