Announcing a new meeting for DENVER-COLORADO, MEDICAL MARIJUANA RESOURCES. (DAY MEETING)

Who should come: An educational gathering, bringing the public, medical marijuana patients, caregivers, interested parties, and others together for the purpose of discussing answers to questions about medical marijuana in Colorado.

Why: EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY

Meeting Description: If you are considering the option of medical marijuana as a more reasonable alternative to narcotic and prescription medication, then this group will help provide access to other like-minded individuals. Our educational message board continues to provide cutting-edge information about the evolving COLORADO Medical Marijuana COMMUNITY.

If you are a Legal patient through the Colorado Department of Health's Medical Marijuana Registry and are looking for orientation, our group meetings can be of significant benefit to you. Patients helping patients in a comfortable college library atmosphere where safety is NOT an issue.

This is an additional attempt to develop another daytime chapter of the compasionatecoalition.org, as well as possible affiliation status with the Americans for Safe Access medical marijuana non-profit. EDUCATION is our primary focus, and legal patient support is a secondary focus, as is developing community.

Your question and answer may just be entered onto our messageboard so as to further educate our many patients and caregivers statewide. MMJ is a Constitutional RIGHT given to us through Amendment 20, and is unique compared to any other state, get clarification TODAY! These volunteer professionals, attorneys, physicians, and others also regularly speak at meetings, answering questions and discussing how patients should assert their personal rights during possible encounters with law enforcement. Many Things continue to be happening in an around Colorado associated with Medical Marijuana. Recent court testimony confirms that 350 doctors around the Rocky Mountain State have signed recommendations for patients for medical marijuana therapy since the state department of health medical marijuana registry program started over eight years ago. Discussion topics include possible development of "immediate" confirmation of patients legal status during encounters with law enforcement, medical necessity and plant count, know your rights elements to keep legal patients safe, etc.
