med mar start plants in spokane?

I heard there was going to be an opportunity to aquire starter plants for patients with medical marijauna permit cards sometime soon in Spokane Wa. If this is accurate can anyone tell me where and when one could participate in this?

Does anybody know if there is a dispensary in spokane ? i heard there was but i have had no luck in finding it Please help.

There are approximately 7 dispensaries in Spokane. Pick up a NickleNik and you will find ads for them.
