The party will be preceded by a kick-off event at the NORML
conference hotel (Doubletree Berkeley Marina) sponsored by the
Berkeley Patients' Group. That event will feature food, a very
significant award to a very significant activist, special guest
speakers and performers, assorted hospitality, DJs, and a performance by Berkeley's own Mitch Marcus Quartet.

Shuttle service to Vo's from the Doubletree will be available.
