First do not go to the providers with out having your card.Please call to make sure of the hours they are open . There are a number of places to get your card. Do be smart and respectful I do not suggest trying to open one on your own it is a lot of hard work and a lot could go wrong. We are here , this is a gift lets use it wisely. Realize that a lot of places are charging for tax. That is the reason for the higher cost. This funding will prove that it is possible to make a difference.
