Robin & Dustin Clark Court Support March 27 Sac County

On Monday, March 20th, 2006, medical marijuana patient and caregiver Robin Clark and her husband were the victims of a home invasion. They called the police for assistance in ejecting the criminals.
But, instead, the cops were more interested in the pot.
Officers seized 100% of her medicine, including 65 plants, dried product, and edibles. Police threw Robin against a wall, causing internal bleeding. This is especially bad for Robin, as her medical condition causes her to be unusually sensitive to pain. Also confiscated were all of Robin's cannabis cards, and her doctor's recommendation!
The bust took 14 hours. They were booked into jail and released on $5,000 bond apiece. Robin's attorney, Bill McPike, speculates that the relatively low bail suggests that the Clarks may not be viewed as a serious threat by prosecutors.
Robin and Dustin will be in court on Monday, March 27th, at 10:30, in Department 8 of the Gordon D. Schaber Downtown Courthouse, 720 Ninth Street, in Sacramento, California. Compassionate Coalition urges all supporters to show up to the Clarks' first court appearance, and show them that they are not alone.
