Warning! Spokane garden supply store under surveillance

There is definite evidence that the police are surveilling the Spokane Valley garden store everyone knows about. Do not go to the garden store. Dangerous!

Be careful when buying any equipment from ANY hydrostore...there has been rumors or truthful comments about many shops...even here in CA.

spokane garden centers

Where is this one located so we dont go there? And what about the one on francis, the one on trent, one on montgomery and the one in post falls anyone know anything or suspect anything on them?

Frank Cikutovich, my attorney here in Spokane, says that he has 20 cases in the past six months that refer to surveillance at the Discount Garden Supply store on Trent in the Spokane Valley. In some of these cases, the police actually have videotape of people in the store buying supplies. It's an incredibly easy bust for police - all they have to do is drop by the store and gather license plate numbers for further investigation. It's also a lucrative strategy for confiscation and siezure of property since they don't even need a conviction to steal your property. At some point we need to get together and publicly protest. Unfortunately, the police are actively intimidating us so that we'll keep quiet while they stomp all over our civil rights and Constitutional protections. As long as they can make money off us they will continue.

I don't know anything about the other garden shops in this area, but I believe they are all probably under surveillance - especially the one in Post Falls since Idaho isn't a medical marijuana state. The message, I guess, is stay away from all garden stores.

Oh yeah?

Leave the country? If it's illegal, don't do it? The citizens of the great state of Washington made it very clear that we do not want to persecute medical marijuana patients. Maybe you don't agree with the majority opinion but that's the way democracy works. Unfortunately, our federal government does not honor states' rights or our civil rights as defined in the United States Constitution. This is my country and I have spent years as a volunteer in the schools, the oncology ward at our local hospital and in the community. I just hope you or someone you love don't find yourselves sick and suffering and then have someone like you say "leave if you don't like it". Please, educate yourself because you really sound foolish.

Leave The Country?

Ok, I am a right wing conservative which will make most on this website immediately froth at the mouth. I think the "drug war" has gotten absolutely out of control. It is a spring board for every kind of civil rights abuse. Of course, terrorism is adding a new, deeper dimension. From my understanding, people get less time for molesting young children than they do for drug possession or certain types of murder. That is not justice. When your actions destroy the lives of another, it is much worse than choosing to destroy your own life. Destroying your own life through drug abuse should be legal. As far as "leaving the country goes". We all have a right to disagree & question our system. That is how every change is made. If disagreement lead to banishment, things would only get worse. The left and right wings of politics balance one another out and keep us moderate. The people who should leave are those that do not believe in America or what she stands for, those who peddle perversion to our children and those that hate America or those who want to stiffle those who do not agree with them. If you hate America, get out. Too many immigrants hate our country and just want our hand outs. If we go down, they will go home happy. Those people need to go home now.
Alcohol is far more destructive than many prescription pain killers but it is legal. The governments fear campaign keeps the drug war going. Any decision or legislation based on fear is wrong. These decisions must be made based on what is right.
Anyway, be happy for political differences. Fight for right rather than fighting against wrong. Seek the truth no matter what the cost.

i saw a undercover narcotics agent with long hair and suspicious dirty gardening clothes in the discount garden supply buying gardening supplies as i was leaving.

UnderCover Narc at Discount Garden Supply

Anyone living in Spokane knows we have limited police funds and surveilling a garden supply store (for jeeker's sake) is wasting tax dollars that could go to fighting real crime. Medical marijuana patients should get together and stand outside the store with a big sign saying: "Your Tax $$$ At Work. Spokane County Prosecutes Medical Marijuana".
