i know they are planing to allow m.m. dispensarys in unincorporated areas of sanluis co. does nipomo or guadalupe fit this ?

I think Nipomo is

I think Nipomo is unincorporated and therefore would be covered by a County Ordinance. Guadalupe is in Santa Barbara County though.
