Congress shall make no law abridging religion or the free excercise thereof. Through substantiative due process from Amendment 5 we achieve federal legality. Cannabis sacrament in its various forms is mandated by God, therefore cannot be illegal. Patients transitioning to death may not be restricted its use. Further restrictions may result in civil rights violations making legalization inevitible.
