Open a dispensary in Sacramento county

I am interested in opening a medical marijuana dispensary in sacramento county, I understand I would start with a business license, but where do I get the information regarding ordinances and laws related to Sacramento county? Im assuming there are certain areas I can do business? Also where do I find distributors to buy product from? Any information on setting up this business would be excellent.
I'm a current license holder that has noticed the price of medical marijuana exceed the street value in most stores, my goal is to be able to provide quality medication at more competitive prices. Any help is greatly appreciated!! AJ

More power to you. We certainly need another one. If I were you, I'd talk to the people who have already opened one in Sacramento County.

Considered this.

I thought about picking the brain of a couple local dispensaries, but figured they would be less-inclined to share information with a possible competitor. Hopefully I can get some help here. Thanks.
