Greetings all court supporters

One year ago, Jason and Aileen Brooks were arrested and had their son taken from their home. Currently they still don't have custody of their son and now they are being forced into Drug Rehab. The past year has been quite difficult for them and they could use some support at court coming up in December.

Their next court date is December 13th, 8:30am. Location is at William Ridgeway Family Relation Courthouse, 3341 Power Inn Road, Sacramento. Department 133 on the 3rd floor.

Despite the recommendations from CPS to return the boy back to the Brooks, the judge has decided not to return the child on the basis that she wasn't clear whether or not medical marijuana was really effective and asked that the Brooks be medically evaluated by a county appointed doctor to confirm wheter marijuana is effective for their ailments. The Brooks are currently looking for an attorney who can represent them properly because the public defender is failing to help get their son back with the medical marijuana defense. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers that they will be able to obtain financial support to obtain the proper representation they need to get their son back.
