The Compassionate Coalition

Quick hello to everyone here in the Coalition. I came across this site while looking for local support groups for folks with IBS / Crohns or other digestive tract problems. The area I am in has so many folks with medical problems that can and are helped by cannabis use, but the draconian drug laws here in Florida, as well as the zellots who enforce them have folks so scared that even talking about the issue of compassionate medical cannabis use is taboo around here. We are hoping that with the change of our Governer (old guy was Jeb Bush...that should tell everyone what we have put up with), things will get better with both education, support as well as supply for not only the medical users, but hopefully a change in belief on the whole failed and damaging prohibition thing. Cannabis should be legal for any reason or purpose!
