PTSD

Thank you for responding. I understand why you like in the wilderness. I am having a hard time expressing myself, which is part of my PTSD. I feel like you that cannibas reduces stress better than any medication out there. Side effects from perscription drugs have given me infections, etc. Alternative medicines have helped me the most with no side effects. I'm afraid of so many things & don't need these drugs to be part of my fears. I suffered violent injuries at work also. I learned about PTSD as I was in the medical field, but it was just a crash course. Boy, have I learned a lot now. I couldn't read a paragrah & remember it long enough to understand the next. Pain is so severe, I can't walk when I'm in the stress mode , but it's improving. I have learned to forgive and relaxation techniques that really help too. I found my team , a pair of good doctors who listen and know about getting me well inside out. I have a good treatment, like you, that is working for me. I have never broke the law & to read of federal gov breaking doors down, well that kind of behavior would probably put me back where i was. I am so greatful to hear from you because PTSD is usually a military thing, hard to understand.
