The City of Fairfield has called a hearing on the following item.

PROHIBITION OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES - Zone Change (Z.C. 2007-2) Public hearing on request by the City of Fairfield for revisions to Chapter 25, Article I of the City Code (Fairfield Zoning Ordinance) to clarify that Medical Marijuana Dispensaries are not apermitted use in any zone in the City. This Amendment has been found to be Categorically Exempt from CEQA(Planner. Brian Miller, 707-428-7446)

The city of Fairfield's Planning Commission has called a public hearing on May 9th, 2007, beginning at 7:00pm in the City Council Chambers of the Civic Center, City of Fairfied, at which time and place any and all person interested in said matters may appear and be heard.
