Hello my name is _____________, I am calling to ask about the medical marijuana ID card program in Sacramento County. I am a qualified patient using cannabis under my doctor's recommendation. I'd like toapply for a state ID card to protect me from arrest as soon aspossible. It is my understanding that the county is required by statelaw to make this program available to me. Please let me know as soonas the program is implemented. Thank you.

Even if you have called the Department of Health in the past, pleasecall again during this critical time frame.Thank you for taking action to support Sacramento County patients andthe implementation of state law.Once implemented, the ID cards would be made available to qualified residents through the Department of Health.

Participation in theprogram is entirely voluntary for patients and caregivers, howevermany choose to become cardholders because it reduces their risk offalse arrest or seizure of property.

Stay tuned for more news about developments in your area. For more information about how you can help our efforts in Sacramento County, please feel free to contact me at (707) 575-9870 orsafeaccessnow@gmail.com.

Calling Sac Co

This morning I called Sac Co Health Dept, using your template. I've been a medical marijuana patient for over 6 years but I'm afraid I've gotten too ill to do much more than make a phone call. So, please everybody, come together and let's get this done! I often imagine what it would be like to be harrassed or arrested at this stage of my life and it's quite terrifying. We need our people to be protected!
Thank you.
