Dear Medical Marijuana Supporters,

I am very happy to announce that Sergio Perez of Vacaville has had his year long case dropped and dismissed. Please read letter below i received from him:

Hi its been a while since i had internet at my house just got it back a week ago. I had been going to court for nearly a year and i just wanna say thank you to all the patients from SPG. Thanks for being out there supporting patients in court. And sorry for never having the time to
be one of them, having 2 jobs really doesnt give you alot of free time. My case was dismissed about 2 weeks ago, I still dont really understand why, because my trial was gettin setup that same week. It was a thursday a day before my trial, I got a call from my attorney and he told me my case was getting dismissed friday. I guess it was something about the D.A filing a motion to dismissed. I really don't know why but i'm glad it was dismissed. And i hope all patients like me get their cases dismissed. I filed a return of property a while back and i never got
an answer, so i was wondering if i should do it again. Any Help? Thank You and good luck to all patients going through this now.

We plan to assist Sergio in his property return and congratulate him for enduring the torment of Solano County courts.

Sincerely,
Linda Jimenez
