I ran into emotions....After reading this article... Medical Marijuana Parenting and really felt bad for the people who have to go through all this....

We’ve all heard news reports about kids taken away from parents because of medical marijuana.
If a mom gets caught with a joint, she’s often declared an unfit mother, charged with “endangering a minor,” and her kids are sent to foster homes, where they sometimes get abused. wtf???

Don't you think it's bit harsh to so? What is your general opinion on this?
