November 28th: Dustin Costa Court Support:
D.C. is still being held without bail in Fresno. His next court appearance
will be at 9am on Monday, November 28th, in front of Judge Ishii. This
hearing will be in Room 3, which is on the 5th floor of the B.F. Sisk
Federal Building at 1130 O Street in downtown Fresno. Those who wish to
attend should note that the policy of the federal courts includes entrants
passing through a metal detector and putting their bags through an x-ray
machine, and that all who enter must show valid government-issued
identification such as a driver's license or state ID card. Ryan Landers
also warns supporters that they should not take camera cell phones to the
courthouse, as they will be held by security at the front, and this allows
the feds to have access to information on the cell phones.

Through U.S. mail correspondence, D.C. has reported that his spirits are high, and that he is keeping himself busy while behind bars.

His lawyer Bill McPike urges supporters to send funds for
D.C.'s basic living necessities, as he has to purchase all toiletries.
This can only be done by U.S. postal money order, which should be either
hand-delivered or mailed to : Fresno County Jail - North Tower, P.O. Box
872, Fresno, CA 93712. D.C.'s jail numbers are T-229755 and 05-26206, and
his date of birth is 10/11/46. Any funds sent are greatly appreciated.
Money orders sent should be addressed to the jail and should not include
any notes or pictures for D.C. All personal mail must be sent separately
from the money orders. For more information, contact Merced Patients Group
at 209-726-5216 or Bill McPike Attorney at Law at 559-841-3366.

Rev. Joe Fortt of the original Bakersfield dispensary will also be having a bail hearing on the same day and location as D.C.'s status hearing.
