I guy I know was busted in Penn. he was growing for himself, but there trying to get him for sales.

No search warrant, someone called 911, for a personal welfare check, the person who called claiming to be his dead father.

I am a med grower in need of advice and support.
I am licenced to provide for 1 person he suffers from chronic pain and nausea as well as diabetes and COPD.
as a result of the COPD he is forced to consume his medicine oraly.
so in order to have the amount od meds he needs I was forced to do a perpetual setup with 5-7 plants cloned and 5-7 plants harvested weekly. I grew the plants in all organic soil in 1 gallon bags and my average yields were 7 - 11 grams of usable medicine per plant. harvesting 5 or so a week gave me just enough medicine to keep my patient constantly medicated.

April 22,2009 will be our first time viewing evidents .April 23,2009 will be pre trial .how is that fair .

Wednesday, March 19, Sacramento: Sentencing for Dr. Mollie Fry and Dale Schafer: The federal sentencing of medical marijuana defendants Dr. Mollie Fry and her husband, Attorney Dale Schafer will take place on Wednesday, March 19th at the US courthouse in Sacramento (5th and I St.). The sentencing is at 2 PM. There will be a press conference before the hearing at 1PM in front of the Court House. The couple was denied the right to defend their actions that were protected under the Laws of the State of California. Please attend to show your support!

Court Support for Galen and Laura Lawton: Dec 21st

Medical marijuana patient/advocates Galen and Laura Lawton continue to face charges in Solano County for a personal grow operation that was raided in 2004. Since that time Galen has been very vocal in his defense of medical marijuana, speaking to media, the Board of Supervisors, and various city councils. Galen's efforts even helped to get charges dismissed against another Solano patient, Sergio Perez, yet Galen and several others in Solano still face charges of their own.

We are now pleased to announce our first event to support and raise funds for Charles C. Lynch. We will be having a Yard Sale on Saturday, September 8th in Arroyo Grande, California. We encourage you to bring out your unwanted items or we can pick up any donations you may want to contribute.

We will be having it at 589 Rosemary Lane in Arroyo Grande. All the proceeds will go to the defense fund for Charles to help him fight this battle. Brian Epis' resentencing has been postponed to Monday, September 10th at 10:00 AM before Judge Frank C. Damrell.
